What’s the difference: Bread

The year 6 classes have begun their investigation into micro-organisms by identifying yeast as a micro-organism. We looked at different types of bread and discovered that of the 3 breads (Chia flat bread, Sour Dough and White Bread) only one used yeast. We also used our senses and the digital microscope to record observations about the differences in the breads.
